Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 day after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We use trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Delivery (after order confirmation): 3–5 Working days


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.
We occasionally offer free shipping — these will be clearly mentioned on our website or product pages.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS or WhatsApp.
You can use this number to track your parcel directly on our courier partner’s website or through our “Track Order” page (if available).


5. Shipping Locations

We ship to all cities and regions across Pakistan.
If your area is not serviceable by our delivery partners, our support team will contact you to find an alternative solution.


6. Delivery Issues or Delays

We always try our best to deliver orders on time. However, unexpected delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses.
If your order is delayed, please reach out to us — we’ll track it and update you as soon as possible.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, you may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care when packing your order, but if your items arrive damaged, missing, or defective, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
We’ll quickly investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
